Frequently asked questions
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit your deposit. Same-day cancellations will incur a 100% fee. Additionally, if you book two or more services and cancel one on the day of your appointment or with less than 24 hours’ notice, that service will also be charged at 100%. Please note that same-day appointments are final.
You are welcome to send your friend/relative/coworker instead of you to avoid cancellation fees.
Prices are subject to change at any time, with any adjustments taking effect on the first day of the month. We typically send out email notifications in advance. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that an active email address and phone number are provided in their booking profile. Please note that e-gift and physical cards are nonrefundable.
